Notice to creditors and claimants. Estate of Harry Allen, deceased, late of 30/35 Ocean Parade, Iluka, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24/03/2023, are required by the Executors David Allen of 23 Tintoretto Bend, Tapping WA 6065 and Kerrie Lee Allen of 12 Tangier Parkway, Port Kennedy WA 6172 to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days by registered mail to either address, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
