This notice, made by the Minister for Police under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 117C(1), approves the Acusensus Harmony MAS1 and Acusensus Harmony FAS1 average speed detection systems. It rescinds all previous approvals of these systems. Clauses 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, with the rest of the notice commencing the day after.
