Creditors and other persons having claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 may 2009, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claim within one month of publication date hereof to care of the administrator, post office box 81, midland dc wa, 6936, after which date the assets of the estate may be conveyed or distributed having regard only to the claims of which notice has been received.
