Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 december 2024, are required by the personal representative francesca kay scherpenhuizen of c/- luna legal group of 106 burswood road, burswood, wa 6100 to send particulars of their claims to her by 12 january 2026, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she has then been given notice.
