Public Trustee scale of fees commencing 1 july 2025. This scale of fees commences operation on 1 july 2025. The public trustee shall be reimbursed for all expenses that the public trustee properly incurs. Pursuant to section 5 of the act, the public trustee may delegate his powers or duties. All fees referred to in this scale of fees are inclusive of any applicable gst.
