It is hereby notified for public information that the notice under the above amended planning control area, published at page 1893 of the government gazette no 93 dated 25 may 2021, contained an error which is now corrected by replacing as follows—for the words—the planning control area is now modified to remove the stage one subdivision area in accordance with part 7 of the planning and development act 2005. Read—the planning control area is now modified to remove a portion of lot 624 marshall road, bennett springs in accordance with part 7 of the planning and development act 2005.
