In the matter of the estate of Edward Patrick Rea late of 264 Grandis Boulevard, Banksia Grove, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 20 May 2025, are required by the executor Derek Rea of 34 Tendring Way, Girrawheen, WA 6064, to send the particulars of their claims to PO Box 173 Mirrabooka WA 6941 by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
