These rules amend The Art Gallery of Western Australia Foundation Rules 1989. Rule 1 is amended to delete “The” and insert “the”. Rule 3(2) is amended regarding membership qualifications, setting the gift value to not less than $5,000 in 5 years, or $4,000 if the period ended before the commencement of these amendment rules. Rule 4 is amended regarding gifts to the Board or Foundation.
