The honourable benjamin sana wyatt mla, the treasurer; minister for finance; energy; aboriginal affairs, is designated as the minister of the state for the purposes of the supreme court act 1935 section 154(3) and (4) during the period beginning on 8 april 2017 and ending on 14 april 2017.
