I, Michael Connolly, being delegated by the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 is committed by the Governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of that Act, hereby, and with effect from 18 January 2019, determine that the method of valuation to be used by the City of Swan, as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in Schedule A is to be the unimproved value of the land and the land referred to in Schedule B is to be the gross rental value of the land.
