Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 november 2017, are required by the executor of care of fort knox legal, po box 390, west perth, wa 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to fort knox legal by 13 august 2018, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
