It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Wanneroo Local Planning Scheme amendment on 11 September 2023 for the purpose of— (a) rezone lots 10 and 11 Dundebar Road and lots 28 and 29 Belgrade Road, Wanneroo from Rural Resource to Urban Development, and to amend the Scheme Map accordingly; (b) insert provisions into Schedule 6.
