Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 4 march 2020 are required by the legal personal representative, jill coen of c/- birman & ride of level 3, 16 irwin street, perth wa 6000, to send particulars of their claim to them by the date one month from the publication date after which date the legal personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
