These regulations are the Limited Partnerships Regulations 2017. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal; the rest on the day section 110 of the Act comes into operation. Schedule 1 prescribes fees for matters referred to in that Schedule. A fee prescribed in Schedule 1 for lodging a document is reduced by 20% if lodged via the Commissioner's website. The Commissioner may waive or refund any fee in Schedule 1.
