In the estate of Peter Huber, late of Castledare Village, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased, who died on 15 January 2015, are required by the Administrator of the deceased’s estate being Ursula Margrit Colman, care of [contact details redacted] their claims to her by 29 march 2017, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
