Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 16 february 2025, are required by the executor nichole lee cuthbert to send the particulars of their claims to nichole lee cuthbert of po box 266, north dandalup, western australia 6207 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
