Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estates of the undermentioned deceased persons are required by the personal representatives of care of Messrs Frank Unmack & Cullen, PO Box 112, Fremantle WA 6959 to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice at the expiration of which time the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have then had notice— Backers, Catharina Johanna, late of Joseph Banks Aged Care Facility, 58 Canna Drive, Canning Vale, died 26 March 2017. Fielding, Pauline Elizabeth, late of Brightwater The Cove, 35 Hudson Drive, Dudley Park, died 28 July 2016. MacKintosh, Craig Alan, late of 3 Michael Road, Waikiki, died 5 November 2015. Smith, Kathleen Beatrice, late of Aegis Amberley, 30 Mell Road, Spearwood, died 29 July 2016.
