Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the council of the Shire of Gingin resolved on 17 september 2019 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Gingin Granting of Long Service Leave to Employees Repeal Local Law 2019. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Gingin By-laws Relating to Granting of Long Service Leave to Employees published in the Government Gazette on 6 August 1976 are repealed.
