Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 18 february 2020 are required by the executor, michael james price c/- price sierakowski corporate, po box z5433, perth wa 6831 to send the particulars of their claim within thirty (30) days of this notice, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
