Under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other enabling powers, the council of the Shire of Kojonup resolved on 20 october 2020 to make this local law. This is the Shire of Kojonup Repeal Local Law 2020. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the government gazette. This local law applies throughout the district. The municipality of the Shire of Kojonup. Fencing by-law, published in the government gazette on 23 december 1971 and as amended in the government gazette on 31 august 1990 and 20 march 1992 is repealed.
