Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 24/12/2023, are required by the executor barry william brownrigg to send the particulars of their claims to barry william brownrigg of 12 pinegrove vista, meadow springs 6210 in the state of western australia within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
