General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed on sunday 24 september 2017 from 8.00 am until 12.00 noon. This order does not affect the operation of the retail trading hours (burt street precinct, boulder) exemption order 2001.
