The estate of Elizabeth Anne Conlon late of 133/597 Kalamunda Road, High Wycombe, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 21/10/2023, are requires by the executors Poorun Ramgoolam and Raymond Stewart to send the particulars of their claims to Poorun Ramgoolam of 325 Odin Drive, Balcatta, Western Australia 6021 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
