Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 19 november, 2020, are required by the personal representative michael leo manser c/- lynn & brown lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to him by the 21 june, 2021, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
