Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late brian sidney yates, of 1 glen street, rockingham, wa 6168 who died on 2nd august 2025, are required by the executors to send particulars of their claims to: m b yates po box 835 cloverdale wa 6985 by 23rd february 2026, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
