Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30/10/2023, are required by the personal representatives Sean Robert Kelly and Susan Yvonne Ryan c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, po box 1114, morley, wa 6943 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 10/09/2024, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
