Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on the 22 september 2018 are required by the executors paul herbert jones and anthony roy jones of po box 58, darlington, wa 6070 to send particulars of their claims to them by no later than monday 20 april 2020 after which date the executors may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims on hand.
