In the estate of Colin Mercer Downie late of Durban, South Africa, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 21 August 2021 are required by the attorney of the personal representative Raymond Ashley Meyer of c/- Greenstone Legal, Level 1, [contact details redacted] 6005 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 15th day of April 2022 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
