Notice is hereby given to any persons having claims pursuant to Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 against the Estate of Colin Francis William Sharrett, who died on 12 August 2022 at Quairading Health Service, Quairading, Western Australia, late of 21 Avon Street, Quairading in the State of Western Australia, to submit in writing any such claims complete with supporting documentation to the Executrix Gina Bentley, c/- Valenti Lawyers, Level 2, 130 Royal Street, East Perth WA 6004, within 30 days of this Notice, after which date the Executrix will convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
