In the matter of patrick arthur hume hay, late of 483 lennard street, dianella in the state of western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who was found deceased on 8 december 2023, are required by the executor and trustee of the deceased’s estate, bryce steven davis, of c/- cockle solicitors, 3 thomas street, mosman park wa 6012 to send particulars of their claims to him within thirty-one (31) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
