I, Christopher John Dawson, State Emergency Coordinator, hereby extend the emergency situation declarations made on 11 April 2021 at 15:45hrs and 14 April 2021 at 16:00 hrs in respect of Tropical Cyclone Seroja. The emergency situation declarations are extended for a further period of six months, until 10 November 2021. The only powers that may be exercised during the period by which the emergency situation declarations are extended are those powers under section 69 in relation to a place and those under section 72 of the Emergency Management Act 2005.
