Amends the Freedom of Information Regulations 1993 by updating schedule 2 to reflect changes related to the Arts and Culture Trust Act 2021.

These regulations are the freedom of information amendment regulations 2022. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the arts and culture trust act 2021 section 73(1) comes into operation. These regulations amend the freedom of information regulations 1993. In schedule 2 column 2 delete the items relating to the perth theatre trust and the perth theatre trust board. In schedule 2 opposite “department of culture and the arts” insert in column 2 in alphabetical order: arts and culture trust, arts and culture trust board.
