Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Marlene Anita Baker, who died on 11 October 2025, are required by the trustee to send particulars of their claims to Wyatt Balak Lawyers within one month from the date of publication of this notice. After this date, the trustee may convey or distribute assets, having regard only to claims of which it then has notice.
