Notice is hereby given to any persons having claims pursuant to sections 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 against the estate of Sarah Campbell-Wood (also known as Sally Dianne Wood) late of 17 Bavich Road, Armadale in the State of Western Australia to submit in writing any such claims complete with supporting documentary evidence to the Executor, Lynda Lee Burgess of 9 Bavich Road, Armadale in the State of Western Australia. Any such claims must be received by the Executor within 30 days, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
