ZZ413 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants In the estate of Leonard Keith Lightfoot late of Riversea Mosman Park, 1 Wallace Lane, Mosman Park, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the intestate estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 11 October 2025 are required by the Administrator Timothy James Lightfoot c/- of Level 24, 240 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia 6000 to send particulars of their claims c/- of the Administrator’s Solicitors Mills Oakley of PO Box 5784 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia 6831 by 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice. ———————————
