Notice is hereby given that the Guniyan Binba Conservation Park Draft Joint Management Plan 2019 (the plan) is available for public comment. The plan was prepared in accordance with Part V of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984. The plan is for a Class A Section 5(1)(h) CALM Act reserve placed under the joint care, control and management of Yawuru Registered Native Title Body Corporate, the Shire of Broome and the Conservation and Parks Commission, and located in the Shire of Broome.
