ZZ407 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Linda Petrinolis, late of 109 Bourke Street, Leederville in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the Estate of the Deceased who died on 29 November 2023, are required by the Executor, Mr John Petrinolis, to send particulars of their claims to Lewis Kitson Lawyers of Level 1, 43 Kishorn Road, Applecross in the State of Western Australia within one (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the Trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which he then has notice. ———————————
