Notice is given that the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) resolved on 10 December 2025, to transfer 9.24 hectares of land in Southern River from the Urban Deferred zone to the Urban zone. The WAPC agreed to the land being zoned Urban within Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment 1450/23 being transferred to the Urban Development zone in the City of Gosnells Local Planning Scheme No. 24, except for a portion of Lot 104 that is currently zoned Private Community Purposes. The amendments are effective from the date of publication.
