Notice is given to owners/occupiers of land within the Shire of Waroona that the Council approved requirements to prohibit and impose restrictions on burning garden refuse. Burning is prohibited on land 4,000m² and under during the Limited Burning Time (Oct 1 - May 15). Burning is prohibited absolutely on land greater than 4,000m² during the Prohibited Burning Time. Conditions apply to burning garden refuse on the ground.
