It is hereby notified for public information that the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), acting pursuant to Part 8 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 (Act), has certified, and recommended that, for the purpose of advancing the planning and development of the land described below, it should be made the subject of Improvement Plan No. 65—Station Precincts. The recommendation has been accepted by the Minister for Planning and Lands, and the Governor.
