In the estate of Olga Muriel Waite late of 2 Bramling Street, Maddington in the State of Western Australia, care worker, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 April 2022, are required by the executor, David Vernon Hogermeer of 4 Oxleys Road, Kettering in the State of Tasmania, to send particulars of their claims to him at HFM Legal of PO Box 2124, Broome WA 6725 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
