Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 march 2022, are required by the trustee of the late mariuccia trimboli of care of lawley legal, po box 208, mount lawley, western australia 6929 to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
