Made by the minister under section 12 of the act. This order is the young offenders (departmental facilities) amendment order (no. 2) 2019. This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. This order amends the young offenders (departmental facilities) order (no. 2) 2018. Delete clause 3(b).
