Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 july 2025, are required by the executor zoe bogue, to send the particulars of their claims to z bogue [contact details redacted] 6056 on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
