Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of iris marie williams, late of 48 lakeview drive, edgewater, western australia 6027 who died on 9 april 2021 are required by the executor to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executor of the estate of iris marie williams c/- 23 water lily way, mountain creek, queensland 4557 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
