In the estate of Gary Ivan Stephens late of Juniper Numbala Nunga, Sutherland Street, Derby in the State of Western Australia, builder, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 November 2021 are required by the executor, Noel Francis Stephens of 42 McMahon Avenue, Anglesea, Victoria, to send particulars of their claims to him at c/- HFM Legal of PO Box 2124, Broome WA 6725 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
