Made under the Public Health Act 2016 section 2(c) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Public Health Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2017. The Public Health Act 2016 comes into operation as follows — (a) Part 2 Division 1 (except sections 7 and 8) and Divisions 2, 3 and 4; (b) Part 18 Divisions 1 and 2; (c) Part 20 sections 307, 308, 309, 311 and 312, on 24 January 2017.
