This instrument is the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery Management Plan Amendment 2023. The amendments in this instrument are to the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery Management Plan 1993. These amendments come into operation as follows—(a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day these amendments are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the amendments—on the day after that day.
