Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 january 2018, are required by the executor of the deceased, stephen bizzaca, unit e109 183 west coast highway, scarborough wa 6019, to send particulars of their claims to him within one month of the date of the publication hereof, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
