Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Roma Patricia Oliver, who died on 9 November, 2022 at Capecare, Room 1, 20 Ray Avenue, Busselton, are required by the Executor, Margaret Horan, to send the particulars of their claims to Margaret Horan, C/o PO Box 2500 South Hedland WA 6722, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
